Cancellation Charges

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking:
• 30+ days: loss of deposit
• 15–29 days: 30% of tour cost
• 7–14 days: 50%
• 6 or fewer days: 80%
* or deposit if greater

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking. Email your request to your agent and cc: indiantravelservices.in.

Tailor-Made Tours

These may follow different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated during booking.

Early Departure

If you leave the tour early, no refund is offered for unused services. All changes must be communicated in writing and are at your own cost.
